double colour mousse cake

someone see this recipe from FB have interesting then we together make. i think is a taiwan or china crew make this recipe. colour very special, texture very smooth but taste is may be still can improve.


base ingredient (biscuit part):
  • Oreo biscuit- 90g
  • butter-40g
white colour layer ingredient:
  • Gelatin- 6g
  • whipping cream- 150g
  • yogurt- 170g
  • sugar- 25g
  • lemon juice- few drop
green colour layer ingredient:
  • milk-100g
  • matcha powder- 8g
  • cream cheese-100g
  • sugar- 50g
  • whipping cream 200g
  • gelatin- 8g
methods:

  1. oreo biscuit blend until crunch then mix melted butter & put in 9" tray (keep refrigerator)
  2. melted the gelatin. blend the whipping cream until 60%. Mix yogurt, sugar, and lemon juice together.      >     >     then pour into the tray keep it back to refrigerator.
  3. (a)milk+matcha powder mix well. (b) cream cheese & sugar mix until soft & smooth. (a)+(b) mix well, then add in gelatin. whipping mix 60% lastly add all in whipping cream and mix well then pour into the tray.let it set in refrigerator, then you can serve it!
