Cotton Cheese Cake

1. icing sugar 150g
2. egg white7 nos
3. lemon juice 1tbsp
4. cream cheese 100g
5. mascarpone cheese 150g
6. egg yolk 5 nos
7. fresh milk 100ml
8. self rising flour 70g
9. potato starch 10g

a) beat 1&2.

b) beat 4to9.
c)mix a) & b) &lemon juice.
d) put method into the cake mould.
e) steam bake 160.c for 45 mins.
