this is the most easy cookies just only want attention when you beating the method . sometime feel like want to eat but this only can buy in chinese new year then try to do it myself and sharing with my Hana dining staff.
the recipe is found in youtube, quite nice and i have change a bit in flour.
ingredient:
- butter 250g
- icing sugar 70g
- Vanilla extract 1tsp
- flour 250g / all purpose flour 100g & self rising flour150g (i m using this method)
