this recipe very delicious but most important is i forget take photo and creme brulee need take longer time to make it, quite nice can try, but this don't have video you just can try your best and make it happen.

- orange zest & juice 2 nos
- stewed red bean 100g
- sugar 100g
- egg yolk 8 nos
- cream 500ml
- santan7tbsp
- castor sugar to crust.
- zest orange into cream half sugar+ red bean bring to boil.
- stir the sugar into egg without frothing them.
- pour milk into egg and stir in.
- add santan & blendvery quickly (whole thing)
- leave to stand to let the frot go away.
- strain and still off.
- bake 120.c bain marie for 60 minutes.
- castor sugar 80g
- glucose 1/2tsp
- a little lychee syrup from the can
- butter 20g
- 1 can lychee drain & dried.
- melt sugar+glucose and lychee syrup. cook to a very light caramel.
- add the drained lychees & reduce to lightly thickned syrup.
- lastly add in butter, makesure no seperate sauce.
